The Reporting Channel is the main means of communicating legal and ethical misconducts, such as signs of fraud, bribery, harassment, irregular use of information, among others. Anyone can make an anonymous report by accessing the Reporting Channel and the impartiality and confidentiality of the information reported is guaranteed. A consulting company specialized in reporting channels is responsible for receiving and investigating the report. After the initial screening, this outside company forwards the matter to Iteris Group Ethics and Conduct Committee, thus guaranteeing the confidentiality, independence, impartiality and protection of the whistleblower.
